My Story

As a fit and active 51-year old, with low cholesterol and no obvious risk-factors, I experienced a near fatal heart attack.

I was fitted with a stent and prescribed a life-sentence of medication, that contained a long list of terrible side effects, and was told that the chances of another heart attack were quite high.

Confused, scared and frustrated at the position I found myself in, I decided to learn as much as I could about heart disease.

What I have discovered along my journey to recovery, is that most of what the general public believe about heart disease is incorrect, and is actually harming their health.

Worse still, many doctors and the mainstream media continue to prescribe and promote medications, dietary and lifestyle interventions that either don’t work or lead to further health complications.

In case you hadn't noticed, current medical advice relating to heart disease isn't working! 

Unless you are very lucky, your GP will be looking at the wrong risk factors and providing you with dangerous advice related to your cardiovascular health. 

Very few doctors understand just how flawed the advice they are trained to provide is, until it is too late for their patients.

There are, however, a number of medical experts, scientists, researchers and engineers who have trawled through nearly 70 years of data from clinical trials and epidemiological studies, and have recently revealed that we have been in possession of the information to prevent heart disease for a long time.

Government guidelines for heart health are the opposite of healthy, and large public bodies set-up to provide health information are coming to the realisation, way too slowly to save YOU, that the bad advice they have given us for 50 years, is killing us!
These organisations have doubled-down on dangerous guidelines whilst chronic modern diseases like heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, Alzheimer's and dementia have skyrocketed under their guidance!

CVD death was extremely rare a little over 100 years ago, and whilst the statistics show that we consume far less saturated fat, butter and meat than ever, (replaced with grains, wheat and processed food) we have created chronic, modern diseases like heart attacks, stroke, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer's and dementia.

To put this in perspective, on 22 March 2021, a year after COVID-19 (a pandemic like none seen in generations) had resulted in 2.8 million tragic deaths globally... CVD is estimated to have resulted in over 17 million deaths in the same timeframe.  MORE THAN 6 TIMES AS MANY!
Modern Chronic Disease Explained!
  We have never known more about food and nutrition.

  We have never known more about chemistry, physics and biology.  
  We have never had such amazing technology to enable us to improve health outcomes  

And despite all of this, we have allowed ourselves to become fatally afflicted by chronic disease.  

Not only that, but the dietary, lifestyle and medication advice that we adopt certainly isn’t working.
